Tendered lettuce salad with evening strawberry salad

While it may seem easier just
to throw everyone in the car and the head of the chili, it's not a healthy
long-term solution: a recent study from Spanish researcher determined that the

Tuna lettuce ends well with
strawberry salad

Tuna wraps up
1 lb. canned tuna light
section, drained
¼ cup of mayonnaise
1/2 avocado, pomegranate
2 eggs, Thai pomegranate seeds
1/2 medium red onion, sliced
thin
salt and pepper
12 lettuce leaves Bibb (about
1 head)
Salad
2 cups spinach baby food
1 cup of strawberries,
quartered
2 tablespoons Zero Vinaigrette
belly (bottom)
2 tablespoons whole walnuts,
baked in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant (about 2 minutes), and
chopped

Place the tuna in a
medium-sized bowl, and use a spatula fold in the mayonnaise, taking care not to
break the tuna too much. Gently fold in the buttered province, hard-boiled
eggs, onions and a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
• Place a spoonful of tuna on
a leaf lettuce bib and place on a plate. Repeat with the remaining mixture of
tuna and lettuce leaves, about a total of 12 wraps.
• Merge all the salad
ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
• Divide the salad out of the
four plates. Served with lettuce three wraps.

To make Zero Vinaigrette belly
Productivity: ½ cup
cooking time: 5 minutes
3 tablespoons raw apple cider
vinegar
⅓ cup of extra virgin olive
oil
¾ Dijon mustard spoon
¾ raw Manuka Honey Spoon
⅛ teaspoon of kosher salt
⅛ black pepper spoon
Combine the ingredients in a
complimentary glass of BPA and shake vigorously until emulsified. Warehouse in
the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake before serving.
