The 3-Day Chemical Diet
has been referred to by many other names as the 3-Day Heart Diet, Mayo Diet,

Day 3 of the 3-day
chemistry diet looks like this:
Breakfast:
1 hard-boiled egg
1 slice of toast

Having lunch:
1 slice of cheddar
cheese
5 saltine crackers
1 small apple

Dinner:
1 cup of tuna
1 cup of carrots or
turnips
1 cup of green beans
or cauliflower
1 cup of melon
or 1 small apple
1 cup of vanilla ice
